May 2024

ComplianceGo users, new improvements to our system have been released.

This release includes: Revamped our preferred form output for inspection forms. Added enhancements and resiliency for the enhanced weather table feature. Added a new inspection frequency “Multiple Times per Week” that will allow users to select which days and how often during the week an inspection needs to be completed. Added a new inspection frequency of “4 Business Days”. Added the ability for Editors to start an inspection without being assigned as an inspector on the site. Improved the scrolling behavior when returning to the inspection page after adding an action item while viewing a table. Hid many of the reports on the View-Only site page per customer request. Added a failover point for forecasts to improve availability. Changed the “Last Precipitation” on the preferred output to be the “Last 24 Hour Precipitation” since the former field is now covered under the enhanced weather information.

April 2024

ComplianceGo users, new improvements to our system have been released.

This release includes: Table Form Element – users can now add tables inside of forms where users can dictate the number and types of rows and columns. Enhanced Weather Table – added optional additional weather information that can be viewed during the inspection and placed on inspection reports. Additional information includes current conditions, the next few days of forecast, as well as information about the last storm, current storm, and any upcoming storms. Delete Inspections – added an optional feature to allow Org Editors to delete signed inspection reports.

This release includes: New features including added customizing action item priorities to the “Settings” section of the form builder. ComplianceGo users, new improvements to our system have been released.

This release includes: New features; Missed inspection, weather events, and in progress reports that were previously site level were added to the organization level. We added notifications for the second and third signature. These notifications will send out as soon as the preceding signature is applied. We also added action item verification notifications. These notifications will send out each morning if there are action items that are closed but not verified. Feature enhancements, and back-end fixes.

August 2023

ComplianceGo users, new improvements to our system have been released.

This release includes: New features; There are now optional dropdowns for action item titles and descriptions that are responsive to action items connected to questions. An Hourly Precipitation Report has been added to the site page to show hourly precipitation totals for a specified timeframe. We also added a Daily Precipitation Report to all organization pages that allows you to see the daily precipitation for all sites for a specified time frame. This release includes: New features; There is now an option to add required questions to your inspection forms. You can designate questions in your inspection forms that must be answered before the inspection can be signed. This feature is enabled on a question by question basis in the form builder. You can now designate questions in your inspection forms that are ignored by the “Copy and Edit Last Inspection” feature or “Skip Copying”.
