ComplianceGO Privacy Policy
ComplianceGO, LLC (“ComplianceGO”, “we”, “us”, “our”) understands the value of your privacy and strives to protect it. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, and disclose personal information (as defined below) through your use of our online services, including our website compliancego.com (the “Site”), and as part of ComplianceGO’s other business activities.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ON OUR SITE
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit https://internetcookies.com.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you create a company, facility, division, site, or other entity on the Site, we collect certain information that you provide to us, which may include your name, company name, title, address, facility addresses, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Entity Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Entity Information that we collect generally to maintain details about the sites, facilities, and organizations you create with the Site. Additionally, we use this Entity Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Communicate with other users or email addresses that you have added or with third parties as you may direct us.
- Collect weather information from NOAA for the grid coordinates provided; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We also use Entity Information to market our services by sending information about our products, promotions, other marketing material, or for other marketing purposes.
We also process Device and Entity Information for logistics, payment, insurance, customs, tax, other regulatory requirements, communication, customer service, marketing, web analytics, system monitoring, data security, other operational and administrative purposes, and advisory services, including market and use analysis, industry information and promotional recommendations.
Data collected and received by ComplianceGO may be transmitted within the United States and to other countries. Although our technical team members are currently based in the United States, the Internet is a global environment. By using this Site and sending information to ComplianceGO electronically, you consent to trans-border and international transmission of any data that you may choose to supply to ComplianceGO. Information transmissions to this Site and emails sent to ComplianceGO may not be secure. Given the inherent operation and nature of the Internet, all Internet transmissions are done at your own risk.

ComplianceGO does not sell, trade, or lease Device or Entity Information to third parties.
